Fellow Patriots
If the results of our local election doesn’t awaken Teton Republicans and conservatives with the facts for our defeat, nothing will. We have again been outgunned, run over and painfully shown to be poorly organized, inept and politically helpless. This may seem too harsh a judgement since many Individuals and organizations worked hard to get our candidates elected. Take a lesson from the Democrat’s debacle. One of the obvious problems was their lack of leadership. We should look in the mirror and ask why we didn’t get a single important position into our local government.
We can debate the many reasons for our defeat. The bottom line, we need to change our party leaders and change or abandon the so called “conservative” organizations. The emergence of such organizations as Honor Wyoming and individuals like Rebecca Bextel running for the state chair of the GOP clearly shows a future powerful force to be dealt with, but they don’t need fans in the stands shouting support. We need to clean the benches and put our shoulders to the wheel snd support them.
I personally no longer support the Teton Cty. GOP nor an organization I supported for decades. Some of you may find it difficult to oppose some individuals or organizations because of personal ties, but consider the 1% sales tax increase succeeded by 26 votes because of the democrat’s’ backing or the lack of Republican interest. I did not receive a single notice from The GOP during the entire election cycle. Would a few more Republican ads, stickers, meetings make a difference. I say YES.
You can expect ALL SPET candidates will again be approved pulling us further down our black hole of debt. What do you plan to do to bring Teton County back to reasonable governance???
Respectfully —– Hort Spitzer

I wanted to send you an audio clip of the Cheyenne mayor saying he would never and has never signed NDAs but in this article he says he did.
Which is it?

A small group in Sheridan are working hard to train people in the hand counting process. The system is fast, inexpensive and accurate. We will be ready.when the crisis comes. I hope with some.help from the legislature, we an clearify the confusion on hand counting.
